What we collect

• When you request a consultation: your name, email address, phone number, preferred meeting method and time, project type, selected responsibilities, and any project details you choose to write.
• When you contact us directly: the information you include in your email, phone call or other message.
• When material is supplied for publication: approved client feedback, names, roles, ratings, photographs and project or article content. Please share photographs and personal details only where you have permission to do so.
• When you use the website: basic technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as request and device information that our hosting providers may process.

The project brief uses storage on your device to remember your selected project type and responsibilities. The opening screen uses session storage to remember that it has been shown during your visit. Contact details are sent to us only when you submit the consultation form.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to an enquiry, review your project brief, arrange and manage a consultation, communicate about potential or ongoing work, maintain our records and protect the website. We use approved feedback and project material to present our work publicly. We do not treat a preferred appointment time as a confirmed booking until our team contacts you.

We do not sell the personal information submitted through this website.

Services and sharing

Authorised D&E staff can access enquiries and manage website content. Technical providers may process information to host the website, store its database and media, deliver requests and keep the service running. Our current website infrastructure includes Supabase and website hosting services.

Some pages display Google review excerpts or videos from YouTube and Instagram. A video player is loaded when you choose to play it; the relevant platform may then receive information about your visit and apply its own privacy practices. Choosing the WhatsApp chat link opens a conversation with our office number in WhatsApp; messages there are handled by that service. Following an external social or review link also takes you to that provider. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the service.

Storage and retention

Consultation requests and managed website content are stored in our website database and media storage. Access to the administration area is restricted. No internet service can promise absolute security.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose described above, for ongoing work, or for applicable record-keeping obligations. If you would like us to review, correct or remove information you supplied, contact us using the details below. We will assess the request and any records we need to retain.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a consultation request and can clear the locally saved brief or session data through your browser settings. You can ask us about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for optional public use of your feedback or photograph. Email us at mail@dandeglobal.com with enough detail for us to identify the material. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
