Real Warehouse for Baybee
Real Warehouse for Baybee is a completed storage and distribution facility in Thrissur, Kerala. D&E Global contributed architectural and engineering consultancy to a pre-engineered steel building with storage, circulation and administrative spaces. ## Project brief Provide an industrial storage and distribution facility for product inventories and the business operations supporting them. ## Planning challenge The facility needed to bring storage, movement and administrative functions together within a practical warehouse arrangement. ## D&E approach The project uses pre-engineered building technology, with steel-framed spaces accommodating storage, circulation and supporting administrative facilities. D&E Global contributed architectural and engineering consultancy to this arrangement. ## Outcome The completed project provides a storage and distribution environment with supporting business facilities.
