Fertech Industrial Park is a steel window and door manufacturing campus in Pookkattiri, Valanchery, Malappuram. D&E Global provided architectural and engineering consultancy for its production and supporting facilities.

Project brief

Bring production spaces, corporate offices, workforce accommodation and dining facilities together within one industrial campus for steel window and door manufacturing.

Planning challenge

The planning task was to connect manufacturing activity with administration, workforce facilities and circulation, while giving the different functions a coherent architectural identity.

D&E approach

D&E Global provided architectural and engineering consultancy for the campus. The design brings the production and supporting spaces into a coordinated arrangement, with circulation connecting the different uses.

Outcome

The completed campus accommodates manufacturing alongside offices and workforce facilities. The project photographs document the built premises and its industrial setting.
