Can I approach D&E before buying industrial land?
Yes. Land suitability and acquisition advice form part of the strategy and feasibility responsibilities you can discuss. Share the intended operation and candidate site details so the team can identify the inputs and scope needed.
Do you work on warehouses as well as factories?
Yes. The published portfolio includes Real Warehouse for Baybee in Thrissur and Fertech Industrial Park in Kerala. A warehouse brief centres on storage and movement; a manufacturing brief also needs to consider the production process and supporting spaces.
What should I prepare before the first meeting?
Bring the site location, a short description of the operation, any process flow or equipment list, available drawings and your capacity, budget and programme expectations. The team will help identify what is missing.
Does consultancy include obtaining every permission?
The applicable submissions and D&E’s coordination responsibilities are agreed for the project. Authorities decide permissions, and requirements depend on the proposed use, site and documentation. Consultancy does not guarantee an approval or a fixed approval period.
Can an investor coordinate the project from outside Kerala?
Yes. D&E works with local, NRI and international clients. Agree the decision-making process, site coordination and progress-update arrangements at the start so the owner can remain involved remotely.
