Architectural design develops the building and space plan. Project management connects the wider responsibilities, including design coordination, approvals, contractor appointments, supervision, progress and handover, according to the agreed scope.
Can D&E manage the complete project?
Yes. D&E’s responsibility register covers strategy and feasibility, planning and design, approvals coordination, execution management, turnkey delivery, completion and aftercare. The final responsibilities and delivery arrangement are agreed for the individual project.
Can an owner or investor follow the project remotely?
Yes. Remote conversations and coordinated updates help project owners, investors, NRI and international clients stay involved in decisions and progress. The first consultation establishes the communication and coordination needed for the project.
Who decides approvals, completion requirements and the final scope?
